USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center

Flushing Meadow - Corona Park

August 30th-September 13th

Over 700,000 tennis fans head to Flushing, Queens for two weeks of matches during the final tournament of the game's world-famous Grand Slam. With a rich history dating all the way back to 1881, the US Open is one of the world's oldest sports championships. Conveniently, its home on the courts of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center is only 10 miles by cab, or 45 minutes by train from our central Manhattan hotel.

This Year's Tournament

All eyes will be on Serena Williams, as she attempts to win her fourth US Open in a row. But her competition promises to be fierce, with World No. 2 Maria Sharapova, and rising star, Simona Halep close at her heels. As for the men, last year's champ and first-time winner, Marin Cilic, hopes to once again fend off the likes of World No. 1 Novak Djokovic, as well as household names Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal.

Tickets to the Finals

Qualifying matches take place August 30th through September 11th, with the Women's Final and Men's Double Final on September 12th, followed by the Men's Final and Women's Double Final on September 13th. Tickets for these sell quickly, so be sure to secure yours sooner rather than later.

"Nothing Beats Being Here"

In addition to 17 courts of action, the US Open is host to performances from today's biggest stars during the Opening Night Ceremony. Fans are also welcome to enjoy nightly live music, the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum, Cuban cuisine at Mojito, prime steaks in Champions Bar & Grill, as well as numerous other options for dining and imbibing.
