Celebrating the farm-fresh local protein and produce at our neighboring Greenmarket, highlights include the famous Jar of Foie Gras with Market Fruit Compote, Cinderella Squash Soup with Roasted Chestnuts, Steamed Wild Striped Bass, and Hearth Roasted Rack of Berkshire Pork.

With a Brazilian focus, South American cuisine gets the fine dining treatment on a special menu also priced at $75 per person. Fresh takes on traditional plates like Feijoada, riddled with back beans and cured meats, are among the tempting selections from which to choose. Other standouts include the Moqueca a Baiana, with wild striped bass and prawns in a tomato-coconut broth, as well as the Costeleta, a 21-day aged rib eye steak for two
