Taste the finest food from New York and across the globe, as Manhattan's premiere culinary event returns for four delicious days this fall. The NYC Wine and Food Festival 2015 brings world-famous chefs, mixologists, brewmasters and winemakers together with everyday diners and devout foodies, October 15-18th. At the center of it all is the Grand Tasting at Pier 94, a 130,000-sq-ft. utopia of wine tastings, cooking demonstrations and mouthwatering samples prepared by the finest minds in food. Best of all, it's guilt-free, as 100% of the proceeds benefit local charities to fight hunger.

Celebrity Cooking Demos & Special Events

At the Grand Tasting you'll catch chefs like Giada de Laurentis, Emeril Lagasse, Marcus Samuelsson, Masaharu Morimoto and Andrew Zimmern, among others. These 30-minute appearances feature cooking demos, a brief Q&A, and often book signings. But if you crave a more intimate experience with your favorite culinary star, there are all sorts of additional events to dig into as well, such as:

A Dinner with April Bloomfield & Amanda Cohen (October 15th, 7-10 pm) - Farm-fresh seasonal vegetables take center stage at this momentous occasion.

Rachael Ray's Feedback: Chefs & Cocktails (October 16th, 10pm-1am) - Hip-hop blues musician G. Love joins the famous chef for a carefully curated night of decadent drinks and bites.

Greenmarket Brunch (October 17th, 11 am-1 pm) - Host Geoffrey Zakarian introduces guests to local growers over a spread prepared from our neighbor farmers' market.

Meatopia (October 18th, 4-7 pm) - Chef Michael Symon mixes live music and drinks with all the meat you can imagine at what New York Magazine calls a "meat-lover's paradise," just 15 minutes from our hotel.
